Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Fast Supermarket LLC’s refund and return policy lasts 25 days—a timeframe that lets you inspect pet products (like smart feeders or travel carriers) while we maintain resellable inventory. If 25 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your pet product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Examples include:
- Smart pet feeders or automatic cat litter boxes that are unopened (or repackaged with all parts, manuals, and tags).
- Pet travel beds, collapsible bowls, or carriers with no scratches, stains, or pet hair.
- Dog grooming vacuums with all attachments and original dust bags/sealed filters.
Several types of pet-related goods are exempt from returns, as they can’t be safely or hygienically resold:
- Personal/sanitary pet items: Used pet brushes, dental chews, or opened grooming wipes.
- Hazardous pet supplies: Pet nail grinders with damaged electrical components (due to safety risks).
Additional Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards for fastsupermarket.online purchases
- Downloadable pet care guides or digital training resources
- Customized items (e.g., engraved pet bowls or monogrammed carriers)
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, packing slip). Do not send pet products back to the manufacturer—all returns must go to our Fast Supermarket LLC address.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are granted only in specific scenarios related to pet product condition:
- Pet gear with obvious signs of use (e.g., carriers with pet hair, smart feeders with water residue, grooming vacuums with used filters).
- Opened consumable pet items (e.g., sealed snack pouches that have been opened, or grooming sprays with reduced volume).
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (e.g., a travel kit missing a collapsible bowl, a feeder missing a power cord) for reasons not due to our shipping error.
- Items returned more than 25 days after delivery.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned pet product at our facility, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt.
- We’ll then notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected (e.g., rejected if the item is used or outside the 25-day window).
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or digital wallet).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:
- First, check your bank account or payment app—many financial institutions take 3–5 extra days to post refunds.
- Contact your credit card company or bank to ask about pending transactions (refunds often show as “pending” before being fully posted).
- If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, email us at pet@fastsupermarket.online with your order number, refund request date, and a screenshot of your payment statement (if available).
Sale Items
Only regular-priced pet products may be refunded. Sale items (e.g., discounted smart cat litter boxes, clearance pet travel kits, or limited-time grooming vacuum bundles marked “Final Sale”) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace pet items if they are defective or damaged (e.g., a smart feeder that won’t power on, a carrier with a broken zipper, a grooming vacuum with a non-functional motor) and the issue is not due to user error. To request an exchange for the same item:
- Email pet@fastsupermarket.online with your order number, clear photos of the defective/damaged part, and a brief description of the issue (e.g., “Smart feeder won’t connect to Wi-Fi”).

Gifts
- If the pet product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a fastsupermarket.online gift credit for the item’s value once we process the return. A digital gift certificate will be emailed to you within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first (to hand-deliver later), we’ll send the refund to the gift giver’s original payment method. The gift giver will be notified of the return via email.
Shipping Returns
To return your pet product:
- Mail the item to our return address (listed above in the “Exchanges” section).
- You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable—if your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- For high-value items (e.g., premium smart feeders or large pet carriers), we recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS Priority Mail with tracking) or purchasing shipping insurance. Fast Supermarket LLC cannot guarantee we will receive items sent without tracking.
